Professional Development Programs Planning for Engineers in Light of Sudan Engineering Council Law after Governing

Abstract: 
The study aimed to study real (PDPP) for Engineers in light of (SEC) law in the
(MIUD) in The Northern State. The problem of the study focuses on decrease of
outputslevel in the ministry which may be refer to absent of (PDPP) for Engineers
in light of (SEC) law. Main hypotheses were developed and two questionnaires
was designed. After data collection and analysis from the respondents, the study 
reached up to there wasn’t (PDPP) for Engineersin light (SEC) law, and the study
provided a proposed plan for professional development program linked to the 
engineer’s career path. The study recommended (TA) to prepare & design (PDPP) 
for Engineers in light of (SEC) law to reflex on the ministry outputs.
