الملخص

This study aims mainly to find out the negative effects that can be reflect on 
societies due to the dissemination of hate speech on social networks. The study 
took the Sudanese society as model. By studying the trends of the study sample, 
for the period from the fall of the former president‘s regime on 11/4/2019, to the 
year 2022AD.
This study is considered one of the descriptive studies, using the descriptive 
survey method to reach its objectives, and the use of the questionnaire tool as a 
means of collecting data from the study community in the professors of Wady 
Anile University and Sheikh Abdullah Al – Badry.
The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that most 
members of the study sample believe that the most important negative 
repercussions on Sudanese society due to the dissemination of hate speech on 
social networks are: the strengthening of tribal influence, the emergence of 
voices talking about persecution because of religious affiliation, the emergence 
of some voices calling for separation from the Greater Sudan, the spread of 
followers of political parties, the emergence of cases of insecurity, the 
emergence of Women‘s groups claiming to subvert Women‘s rights, the spread 
of some cases of verbal and physical violence exchanged between the security 
forces and civilians, in addition to the fact that the security forces did not 
become accustomed to the lawlessness around.
