Abstract

The review study discusses a Mechanical Engineering course designed to address the growing demand for technician engineers in Sudan, focusing on the country's need for infrastructure development and manufacturing industries. The course emphasizes practical learning, with 40% of the curriculum dedicated to hands-on projects and workshops, teaching theory through real-world applications to ensure students gain relevant practical knowledge. It covers current national priorities while also incorporating future technologies and computational methods. The main goal is to prepare graduates as versatile mechanical and production technician engineers for supervisory roles in various engineering sectors, emphasizing a broad education to adapt to diverse career paths.
