Abstract
This study evaluates the awareness, effectiveness, and impact of human error management programs in maintenance operations within the flour mill industries. Survey data from industry professionals reveals critical gaps in knowledge, program implementation, and training effectiveness. Key findings indicate a strong consensus on the need for structured error management programs, with improper installation, poor communication, and inadequate training identified as leading causes of errors. Recommendations include enhanced training, improved communication protocols, and systematic reviews of management practices to mitigate human errors in maintenance.
