Abstract
In this research, the aim to measure the impact of Brucellosis on national exports by measuring the efficiency of the RBPT which is approved for animal export . serum samples collected from goats intended for export with a healthy appearance. (3000) of male goats examined against Brucella by RBPT and then examined the positive samples by a more accurate examination which is SAT test then BAPA test and finally with the specific test cELISA .The results were as follows RBPT examination excluded from the export 14% of goats. It is a very high rate compared to other tests . The SAT test examination was less distant to animals, were 3.5% which is a good percentage .BAPA test exclude about 3.4% .Finally by cELISA which is a test specific for Brucellosis and the results 1.5% which put us in front of a large economic loss, to which solutions must be found.Based
on the previous tests, the Rose Bengal examination is the most efficient and quality test for field survey, as it
excludes all doubtful and unconfirmed results of brucellosis.
