This study is introduced under the title of ((The effectiveness of using learning
technology to raise the learning efficiency of teaching staff members of the
Sudanese universities according to quality standards. The study aimed to know
how the effect of using learning technology and its role in raising learning
efficiency for the teaching staff members. The major problem appeared in the
question ((How do the Sudanese universities benefit from learning technology in
raising the efficiency of the member of the teaching staff. The researcher used the
descriptive method and the survey tool in collecting information with the help of
SPSS program for statistical analysis. The study community included teaching
staff member of (Nile Valley University -Faculty of Education and college of
teachers). A random sample of 60 members was chosen out of 125 members.
(Total number). The most important result of the study are: It raises the efficiency
of the staff members, It improves the output quality of the learning operation, and
It develops positive trends for staff members when it is used in teaching.In the
light at these results the researcher recommends that learning technology skills
should be developed for the teaching staff members.
